Peter Vorris serves as a Managing Director in charge of Structured Finance for MGS real estate clients.
Peter has held various positions in the real estate groups of some of the largest banks in the country including Wells Fargo, US Bank and Bank of America. During that period he helped finance over $250 million in residential and commercial real estate projects. Peter was responsible for loan origination, underwriting, loan modeling and managing closing.
Additionally, Peter worked as a consultant for a residential builder conducting market research, organizing proprietary financial models and providing financial analysis for various residential development projects on the west coast. Peter was also a consultant on a large project in Florida providing. In that capacity, Peter, created Executive Summaries, Sources & Uses, Proformas, Cash Flows and assisted with securing project financing.
Peter is experienced in analyzing market trends and project viability and providing both investors and developers with recommendations on optimum investment structures and financing strategies.

Stephen Murphy serves as the Corporate Finance Partner working with MGS clients in optimizing their property and business needs with respect securing capital, restructurings and joint ventures.
Stephen began his career as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young, Dublin, Ireland. He specialized in Corporate Finance and Corporate Recovery, focusing on projects in the public and private sector. He worked on public and private partnerships in the areas of development, infrastructure and transportation projects with the Department of the Marine, Department of Finance and the EU.
He became a Partner with Baker Tilly Ireland after studying at Harvard University. He was instrumental in the development of the Corporate Finance Division and in particular specialized in Property Development, Financing and the Media and Entertainment business both domestically and Internationally. Baker Tilly is one of the top ten practices and is based in London.
Through his work in the Media and Entertainment business, he accepted the position with Unicorn Entertainment – Michael Flatley’s Lord of the Dance, an International Entertainment company based in London, England with operations in Europe the US and China. The position involved managing revenue and operations in excess of $115 million from touring a number of shows around the world and The Venetian (Las Vegas, Nevada). Stephen based himself between Los Angeles, Las Vegas and London developing key Casino and Entertainment related projects in addition to dealing with the entertainment companies in Hollywood and the Casino Operators in Vegas.
Stephen left Unicorn Entertainment to set up his own Real Estate and Corporate Finance company, which operates between New York, Miami and London. Over the last 5 years, Stephen has sourced a number of strategic partners and developers in order to secure and develop a number of projects in the US and Europe. At present, he is managing a number of ongoing projects on behalf of clients at various stages of financing and development both in the US and Europe.

Paul Marsh serves as Managing Director for UK & Europe with specific responsibility for expanding the MGS Development Management services into these regions.
Paul has extensive experience in financing and delivering large value real estate projects throughout Europe. The largest project Paul has been responsible for being a €650 million retail scheme in Eastern Europe.
In addition Paul has worked for a number of high net worth investors, being responsible for all aspects of a wide range of real estate assets across all sectors. The combined value of the development projects Paul was responsible for exceeded €1.5 billion.
Paul has expertise in all legal and title matters, site assembly, sourcing funding, assembling delivery teams, managing the process of securing consents, appointing of contractors and managing projects to budget and time constraints.
