Every project is different, and the assistance required varies based on the project. While MGS provides full development services through any phase of a project, the following list outlines specific tasks that we perform through the development process:
- “Nvisioning” – bringing together all parties to develop the master plan and vision of the development.

- Overseeing the construction process

MGS has experience in managing developments throughout US, UK and CEE regions having successfully completed projects with GDV in excess of €750 million. MGS has been involved with construction projects that include the full spectrum of product types including: hotels, retail centers, office and industrial buildings. We take a very hands-on management approach with each assignment and believe in close coordination during pre-construction with heavy on site presence during the construction phase.
While our Development Management Team is based in Manchester, MGS manages projects both in the UK and throughout Europe extending into the SEE and CIS regions. Program management encompasses all phases of construction from pre-planning, budgeting and scheduling through design, bid and award, construction and move-in. Real Estate Development can be a complicated business, our role is to manage all or some of the project from "cradle to grave".
